Spring has finally sprung here and the warmer weather is on its way. Time to shed all those jackets and sweaters and whatever else you've covered yourself with against the Winter cold. But, how's your shape underneath all that outerwear? Do you really want to be wearing less?
There is a product on the market that can help you get yourself into shape, it is called creatine. Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to all cells in the body, primarily muscle. That means it will help you build up muscles and help to keep them built up!
But, what creatine is the right one for your body? You can spend hours, perhaps days, looking at all the information that is available over the internet and medical books at your local library. Or, you can simply check out the website I have listed and see what is what. Quicker, easier, painless too.
CreatinePowder.net has listed what they consider the five best available powders based on ingredient quality, possible side effects, speed results, long term results and customer feedback.
Check out all the information to help you find the one that is best for you. Then take that information and discuss it with your physician. Your doctor can help ensure that you have made the right choice for your body.
Once you've started on a program, get ready to rid yourself of body hiding clothing and show off the new you to the world!

Creatine
What is creatine, you ask? I didn't know either so I had to look it up in a search engine. Unfortunately I got this definition: Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to all cells in the body, primarily muscle, by increasing the formation of Adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Creatine was identified in 1832 when Michel Eugène Chevreul discovered it as a component of skeletal muscle, which he later named creatine after the Greek word for meat, κρέας (kreas). In solution, creatine is in equilibrium with creatinine. It all looks Greek to me.
Basically creatine is something that the body produces to assist the muscles of the body. Most of it comes from eating meats. Now isn't that so much simpler than the definition above?
Creatine is generally used by athletes and body builders to help them increase their muscle mass. If you would like to increase your muscle mass then this is the product for you. But, where does one find the best creatine?
You could scour the internet for hours, perhaps day, doing the research but I don't think sitting in a chair for that many hours will do anything for your muscles except perhaps make them lethargic. But, fear not dear readers the research has already been done for you. All you have to do is click the link in this post and find all the information that you need about creatine supplements. I love it when things are easy.
Once you have decided which is best for you I advise you to take this information and talk to your doctor. Better to be safe than sorry, you know. Some persons with allergies might not wish to take creatine so it is best to talk things over with your doctor. They know your body much better than you do. Heck, I bet your doctor would understand every word of the first definition I wrote up at the top of this entry.
Get yourself some creatine, get yourself some muscle mass.
