One of the Mods came to me with a problem. A friend could not log into the game area because the software said he was already there and he cannot log in from two different places at one time.
I let him turn in a Support ticket because he needs the practice more than anything else.
His friend unplugged everything, the computer and his modem and waited a few minutes. then he came back online and logged in without any problem at all.
Usually this occurs because one has been logged in on a laptop then decide to switch to a desktop PC or vice-versa. This confuses the software I guess but it isn't that big a problem.
It just made me laugh :)
