Poker Things I wonder About

Why do so many poker players call an all in bet when they know that they cannot win? All the cards are on the table already. The pot isn't large enough to make it worth stealing. I see this time and time again. What are they thinking? An Ace and a King do not beat a pair of anything nor three of a kind or any other winning hand. Just plain stupid.
If you have rags, not connected, not suited, why risk all of your chips on them? Are they psychic? Do they honestly believe that the dealer is only going to deal fives and twos?
When there is an Ace on the flop and you don't have one and you bet only to be called by someone that does have an Ace, why are you shocked when that King in your hand doesn't win? This, especially when there was no King on the flop, the turn or the river?
Why is it that you can easily spot the players that have read the poker experts books? Is the dead giveaway the fact that they feel compelled to raise the pot at three or five times the big blind amount? And,why do they do it preflop with rags? That sort of thing might work for the professionals but it doesn't work for amateurs online.

I'm sure there are more and, as I think of them I will write about them :)
