I live in the California desert, and, since it is July, I am hot. Very, very hot. I am sweating like the proverbial pig as I sit here at my computer typing away and this is with the swamp cooler giving me cold air! I could easily lose weight just by sitting here and sweating the pounds away. But, most people are not that lucky, they have to work at getting rid of the excess weight on their bodies. But how?
Many people turn to exercise and diet to lose weight. Often, these things do not work and people get frustrated and go off their diets.
