The way things are going it won't be much longer, if it isn't already where you live, where the cost of cigarettes will deplete your entire paycheck. States are doing these incredible price increases for several reasons. One, they want you to be healthier and secondly because they really want all that tax money generated by smokers.
Here in California where I live they spend millions every year on television commercials urging people to quit smoking. They show people that appear to be much happier now that they have given up their smoking habits. Who wouldn't want to be healthier and happier? Don't know anyone that would say "not me".
But, we all know that giving up any sort of habit is hard. Giving up an addictive habit like smoking is even more difficult.
But, there is help available to help you stop smoking. They have lots of great information on how to quit smoking. You'll learn how to set a quit date, quit, and avoid weight gain. Learn ways to make quitting easier, even if you are a long-time smoker.Take a look at their quitting articles and help yourself to stop your habit.
Turn yourself into a healthier, happier person in a very short time using their advice. And, think of all the money you'll be saving! Think about it, you smoke one pack per day and you pay six dollars per pack. That's $2190 per year. Think of all the things you can buy with that extra money. Put it all away and save it up for a year, take a cruise with it or buy yourself a fancy widescreen newfangled television home theater. Anything but cigarettes.
Give them up. You'll be much better off, health-wise and financially.
