Higher Is Better

Almost everyone these days has cable. But not everyone. Some folks still use antennas for television and stereo radio reception. I, myself do not use cable for FM radio reception as I can get it free with an antenna. Why pay?
Televisions are little different though. You can still receive television programs with an antenna despite what the cable and satellite companies will say. Of course, they want to sell you their service. Whether you have an older model television or a new lcd tv reception is the same problem. If you use a television antenna you will want it to be as high up in the air as possible to improve your reception.
There still are a lot of tv antennas out there so how do you find the right one? You need someplace that has done a lot of antenna reviews so that you make the correct choice. You could spend hours doing it yourself, of course, but why waste all that time when someone else has done the work for you already?
Remember, if you are looking for an antenna for other types of radios, these reviews will also be of help to you. They also talk about masts so that you can stick your antenna higher in the air. When it comes to antennas, higher is better.
