Scrubs

No, not the television show called Scrubs, real, genuine scrubs like medical people wear. They are big and roomy and comfortable to wear.
Having just spent a few days visiting the hospital this Winter I got to see a lot of nurses uniforms. Although, truth be known, I'd rather have skipped that pleasure but I had no choice in the matter, my body needed help and that help could only come from the hospital. Of course it is always nice to see the nurses, busy folks that they are, trying their best to ensure that the patients are well cared for.
They all wore scrubs. The nurses, the cleaning crew, the technicians. This is the standard garb for hospital staff and they seem to enjoy wearing them. Perhaps because today they come in such a wide variety of colors, patterns and prints. No longer are these folks stuck with hospital white.
