Seems like, the longer I live the healthier young people want to be. When I was very young seemed like nobody was all that health conscious beyond trying their best not to get sick from flus or colds or things of that nature. Now days there are health fads and such everywhere and young folks are trying their best to keep abreast of what is what and stay as healthy as they can be. Vitamins have been around for a long, long time. Heck they even had vitamins when I was a kid and that was long ago. I took them as a teenager because I was anemic and the doctor told me to take them, otherwise I never would have. Today people don't wait for the doctor's orders, they do it voluntarily.
